When I started on Obstetrics and Gynaecoloy as a junior doctor in April, it was a culture shock!

To make life easier, I made myself some templates and then copied these into the health records. These templates need some small amendments but they ensured that I covered the red flags and had a basic management plan. This strategy may not work for everyone.

But if you have just started on O&G or are working in ED or GP, then these may be useful. Please feel free to download and edit them as you need to. If they prove useful then please do let me know. All the best.
