A vote to bump New Zealand up the list. The work life balance is amazing. Super easy to take leave as they have full-time reliever positions in each department whose sole duties are to cover for those on leave. There's a culture of flexibility during training. You want 3-6 months off to travel and then come back to your job? Sure, take some leave without pay. And the country is beautiful with so much to do.
